Jason Cole has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2002, and he also enjoyed a successful career in the Oil & Gas industry for over 15 years. Being a native Houstonian and resident of Fort Bend and Brazoria County for over 3 decades, he has a thorough knowledge of the entire region and will be able to assist you in finding the perfect home in the area you desire to be in. Jason has assisted clients in Sugar Land and surrounding areas, including, Houston's Inner Loop, West Side, The Woodlands and Galleria areas. His specialties: assisting clients with their purchases of new construction or resale homes, and marketing their homes for resale.

Jason’s top priority is to utilize his extensive knowledge to help make his clients’ relocations as smooth and stress-free as possible, whether internationally or just across the street.

Jason enjoys all aspects of the real estate market and loves working with a variety of people. Having traveled to many destinations within South America, Central America, Canada, Europe, China, and South East Asia, he has been exposed to many different types of cultures which helps him succeed in a culturally diverse society. Being positive, professional and prepared allows Jason to represent his clients well.

Jason is equally successful as a husband of 8 years to his college sweetheart, and a proud father of a young daughter and infant son. He is an alumnus, donor, and supporter of the University of Houston and all of its athletics programs.

Jason enjoys cooking, playing golf and basketball, and traveling with his family.
